Stalling

i have a 1996 dodge stratus (automatic) and if i stop to park and shift the car into park the car stalls out before i turn it off. When i back out of a spot and then shift into drive it will stall out.
It never stalls at an idle, just when i shift.
ANYONE WITH THIS PROBLEM or KNOW WHATS WRONG.
Ive had it checked, its not the following: EGR VALVE, GAS FILTER, IGNITION COIL, PLUGS or WIRES.

fuel pump? Also just fyi I found out the hard way--Chrysler products DONT like Bosch plugs. they cause stalling, non starting, rough idling, bad MPG, etc, etc, etc.
