tuning?

hello,
i am from germany, and here its difficult to get parts for my 200sx s14, so i want to know if i can make little tuning(engine) without buying parts.

i would reccomend you just buy parts that are for german cars , get a freeflow exhaust system thats universal, get a k&n filter,maybe a fuel pressure reg, and a bleed valve . These can be purchased for any car and they should be good for a t least 20 bhp. And if you shop around you looking at about 200$$ of shopping
