106 Foglights

I own a 1999 106 Zest 2. On my front bumper there are two plastic covers over the place where foglights would go. On my dashboard I have a foglights switch and when I turn it the foglight icon lights up on my dashboard. Does anybody know if it is just a case off getting the cover things off and putting some lights in? (I mean will there be any wiring behind those covers?)
I have a picture of the car so if you want to see what I mean I can send it to you.
