New pcm and Passkey III?

Just a quick question? I bought a second hand used DHP. When I go to replace it will this affect my startability with the passkey III system, because I thought the PCM knows the key codes. So my question is, will I have a hard time starting the car when I change out the pcm?

i didn't have that problem, but you if do you can program the keys again.

thansk for the answer, I actually got my DHP yesterday and installed it today, what a difference!!
