99 Windstar power steering rack

I need to replace the steering rack, I could use some advice from some one that has done it or knows the best way to replace it. Any manuals online? I have replaced the pump, which didnt fix the problem.

Get a subscription to Alldata.com. I used the instructions on their site and it went off without a hitch. It also supplies all of the part numbers you will need. Be prepared for a very involved process and a large amount of work. But saving $400 - 500 dollars was worth it to me...
