Bst ??

hey everyone,
haven't been on for a while but I was just finally able to browse the forums and I noticed something

this is the only forum I'm in that doesn't have a buy sell and trade section to it
is there a specific reason ? or just not enough people buyiong and selling
the reason I ask is that I've seen a couple threads that are trying to Ebay there stuff or they've made a thread advertising there for sale goodies

Re: Bst ??

thats against the forum rules...and they can be banned for it, there are way to many spammers (people that post multiple threads trying to sell their stuff) and it gets annoying to read and go through! but there are many buy/sell/trade threads/forums on this site just not here, no need for it... if you want to try to sell something, go ahead, post it up! but if no one responds dont keep posting it and only post it once, if you want to bring it back up, BUMP (bring back my post) the thread but also only do this once cause like i said before it gets annoying to go through!

Re: Bst ??

I think that would lead to spam posts just ending up there. Honestly, I don't care if someone posts a For Sale thread, but AF-Eclipse isn't exactly the best place to find a buyer. Most times they go unanswered, which leads to the seller getting desperate and spamming more.

On occassion I do like to see them, say if 95 GSXracer was selling something or if someone had a AVC-R or ProfecB for sale right now

True.. did not think of the spammers.. i was just thinking that if there was a post everyone would post stuff they had laying around and maybe someone would want it. One man's garbage is another's treasure
