C5 Electronics are so screwed up

First it's a 98 C5.

All the lights are going out!

The speedo won't light when the headlights are on. All the other lights work, such as the oil light, air bag, digital display, ect but none of the gauges work?
The fog lamps won't come on when the headlights are on but they do come on when you press unlock on the key fog. WTF?

The Drivers seat only works a little. The big bar allows you to move forward, back, up and down but none of the back lubar buttons or the side lubar buttons work.

I hope it is bad relay switches. All the fuses in the car are good.

WTF is going on with this car?

Please help!

Re: C5 Electrinics are so screwed up

It is fixed now.
It was a bad BCM and 2 switches.
I had to have the shifter and cable replaced too.
We also had a steering recall fixed.

Lots of problems with this car.
