340 Mopar build

I recently purchased a used 73 340 for my 68 Dart GT. Besides the short block I also have a brand new steal crank, 1968 Hp XHeads, Aluminum Dual Plane M1 intake, carter afb 625 cc carb with a 727 torque flight and a suregrip 3.23 rear.

Now here is my question. With the parts listed above what cam/exhaust/torqueconverter combo would be best to complete the built. Im thinking Doug exhaust 4.74 lift cam and a 3000 stall. I am also curious if I should replace any of the above listed parts? I am new to mopar but not muscle cars. I plan to built a nice streatable muscle car that can light up both rear tires on demand.

I just dont want to make any mistakes with this engine.
