Has anyone dealt with Team SR?

I recently dealt with Team SR and I was extremely dissatisfied. They took forever, like three months after they said it would be like two weeks. They had no customer service, they never returned calls. Has anyone else had a bad experience with them? Are any of the other companies easier to deal with?

Shark Racing basically sucks, yes. You can get much better parts for your Tib at many other places. I like Overboost Most of the big parts companies have products for the Tibs now.

Re: Has anyone dealt with Team SR?

Here's a few sites I like to shop at:

www.importshark.com
www.kspec.com
www.speedstate.com

Between the 3 of them, there's plenty of stuff you can get for your Tib.

I know team sr has horrible customer service, but i love their Climax carbon fiber hood. May was the last time they updated their info for that hood. Does anyone have any further info, i tried contacting them and guess what... no response. Anyone actually have the hood and have any comments? Thanks.

Re: Has anyone dealt with Team SR?

i have a problem with just SR & team sr. i set up a wholsale account with both of them for our dealership, and they both have the worst customer service i've ever seen for a distribution center. i tryed to get a couple g's of parts for a 03 tib for an auto show last feb, and the request took 2 months to process. needless to say the car show was over, and so was our bussiness with them..
