1991 Nisan Sentra SE-R 2.0

Just changed one caliper and all pads on rear brakes. Now I'm getting the brake and battery warning lights on the dash. Had the alternator checked; it is fine. Made Sears replace the Gold Diehard battery even though it checked out ok. Starts fine, if the car runs for a while both warning lights go out. I'm thinking it is an intermitent electrical problem. I can hear what sounds like a relay switch under the dash on the drivers side clicking. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Did you bleed the brake fluid after changing the caliper? How did you get the piston back in on the caliper that you did not replace? Check your brake fluid level in the engine bay and if it is low, put some DOT 4 brake fluid in there or maybe a complete brake fluid flush to verify that is not the problem?
Let me know how you go...

Thanks for the input. Yes, I bled the brake fluid and it is not low in the engine bay. I have a nifty little tool that allows me to force the piston back in order to put the caliper on. Everything in the brake department appears to be working just fine. Any other ideas?

take the battery wire off the battery for like 10 minutes, then put it back in, then take out the battery sensor for 5 minutes then put it back in, if this doesn't work check it at dealer

Thats your solution for everything isn't it? LOL

I would track down the clicking noise and inspect the wiring near it.
Try pulling out the fuse for the instrument panel, start the car, turn it off and replace the fuse. See if it makes a difference.
