91 Cav z24 Overheating Problem!

Hey, I have a 91 z24 and it over heated on me so I flushed out the coolant and put a new thermostat in and when I went to fill it up all my coolant leaked out from under the car........Now I jacked the car up and took a look around and I found out where it was comming from.....there is a rubber elbow on what I thing is the heater core......the coolant come out of it as soon as you try to fill the car....and also one more question I have is about the trunk release button it won't work and the fuse is good?

As far as the coolant leak you will need to replace the heater core as it is bad. That hose prevents the coolant from leaking into the car by channeling it under the hood and onto the ground. On the trunk release button check to make sure that the wires are connected to the button and to the actuator in the back. If everything checks out you will need to replace the actuator.
