window regulator

Changed my rear passenger side window regulator today. My nephew tried to force the window down and broke the cable. It's a very easy repair. The part cost $120 at the dealer. I couldn't find the rear regulator online (same as the front?) and I didn't bother to look at the junkyard. One thing that makes it easy is that the window attaches to the regulator with two bolts. There is no rubber tray for it to sit in and no adjusting to do. Does anyone know if the rear reg matches the front?

Also, the motor and regulator is one assembly.

Re: window regulator

I just found a site which has them online - autopartspeople.com. They want $108.86 before shipping and handling. The GM part# is 97104998. Hope it helps someone.

Re: window regulator

One site sells the window reg minus the motor for the front. They must be different...
