Installing 3rd party Remote Start

I bought a DesignTech Remote Start\Keyless Entry device and I am having trouble figuring out where to place the unit in my 1999 Dodge Intrepid. It should be under the steering wheel but I couldn't find any appropriate place.
Did anyone have the same problem and found a good place?
Any help would be appreciated.
