FM modulated CD changers, your opinion

First off, I know this is probably a repost but I didn't find very much when I did a search. Anyway, what does everyone think of them? I know how they work but I'm wondering if they really do have good sound quality or does it just sound like a clear radio station. I was told that you can't do much with the Monsoon system (which is still pretty much Delco, I'm guessing) other than buying a factory changer from a dealership. Any truth to this? Are there any aftermarket changers that will work? I'm kinda sick of putting CD's in one at a time so I'm open to ANY suggestions. Thanks.
