screw you walmart!!

so i go into walmart to pick up the testors decal maker, it's cheaper there than any of the hobby stores. so i go to check out and pay for it and the old lady askes for my ID. i ask why, and she says that this product is a 'restricted' item and that i must be at least 18 years of age. well, i'm kinda short 6 months from being 18, so i leave pissed as hell. i mean what the hell, it's a decal maker!!! anyway, i finally got the decal maker at hobbylobby, who did not ask for my idea, i was not happy. so, SCREW YOU WALMART!!!

Re: screw you walmart!!

Strange thing, is any serious modeller over 18 won't buy this thing

I can't understand why they ask that, there is nothing more dangerous in this set than Pray paint (which is 13 and over I think)

Re: screw you walmart!!

i just can't...resist...the smell...ahhhh

anyway, i have the kit now, but i was wondering. this program just gives me a few decals that i can print off. if i want to add custom decals, i have to buy another cd for $10, seems like a scam to me. but couldn't i draw something up on paint and print it off on the decal paper?-or do i need that program to print it off in a certain manner that will allow them to be decals?

Re: screw you walmart!!

same thing happened to me at a wal-mart. i was in the self-checkout isle and a big yellow light went off when i scaned spray paint, and they would not let me buy it.

Re: screw you walmart!!

This past year Congress passed a law restricting the purchase of aerosols to minors.
