How much freon?

Have 1996 Accord LX with 2.2L engine. Just did evaporator core. How much freon in pounds or ounces? Also have new dryer with sight glass but I understand with R134 this is not the way to determine correct amount. Could not find amount in Hayes Manual. Thanks
