Exclamation Please Help Need Engine Removal Help

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good tutorial or how to of a 1986 jetta GLI engine removal / replacement i blelieve its the 1.8 8 valve and I need to put the one i just bought in. I just need a basic rundown of what I need to disconnect in order.

I would reccommend a Bentley manual.
