Car Trouble Need Help Fast Plz

Ok my car is a 94 ford aspire hb 4d with 4 abnger in it

When I push on the gas petal. I cant push hard or my car boogs down or like floods. You can only push gas petal down barley to gane speed. If you do push the gas petal down to far its like it teh car start to sake front to back and it sounds like you turn the choke up to high on a lawnmower or something onlong that line. I change the spark plugs and it dont do as much inless i turn on a/c the it really boogs down.

Sounds like a bad MAP sensor to me.

Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor. The MAP sensor checks for variations in intake manifold pressure. When everything is functioning normally, vacuum varies depending on engine speed and load. The MAP sensor relays this manifold-vacuum information to the engine's computer, which then regulates fuel and spark accordingly.

Can you tell me how to check that or where to check that??

You might post for that information in the Aspire forum. Metro engine bays look nothing like Aspire engine bays.
