i wint to the show just to see what i was getting and all i had was a alipne type r 15 in a 2.1 cube foot box with a rf power 800.2 and i hit 135.8db. i was at that time in first place but you have to get the highest db out of each round and win the last round came i lost soo much power form the batt the first 2 rounds that i only hit 135.2 and the other guy hit 135.3 and i lost

you want some help man. I am the state leader in dbdrag street b class, which i assume is the class you are in. I got upto 143.5 db in my 91 civic and am up to 145 db in 4runner and getting louder.

im in class 1 the only thing they care here is the sizes class is 1 15 2 12's 3 10's and 5 8's and i just wint to see what i was at now im given batcap a call and porting the trunk and dynamtt the hole car if you can think of somehting else sure im up for any help i dont know

im puting 1 batcap and 2 .5 caps and a new optima batt and i allready got the knu konceptz 1/0 power wire in im goingw ith a bx 1500 watt amp to now

Went to the DB drags at Texas Heat Wave, someone had put a memphis 15" on one of the little power wheels cars for little kids, It was hitting consistant 166.3 Was one of the coolest/wierdest things I'v ever seen.

battcaps are not alowed in the street class. That will move you up to Super street. Building a ported box tuned to the resonaqt freq of your car is the way to go. I 15 in a box below the window line in the cargo area of the car is considered street b in dbdrag. What type of car is it? If it is a crx, hehehe, i got the box for you man. Good idea on upgrading your amp and power wire. Caps won't help you at comps, it just drains the bat. Battery, check. I would also suggest, if you are seriuous about it, different speaker. Depends on how loud you wanna be. I run two 12" Image dynamics IDmaxs through my sponsership and run two modded earthquake d2s with a SVR bat.
