JGTC on TV?

Hi, I love racing and i really would like to watch a JGTC race.
Anybody know if Speedvision (SpeedChanel) is going to cover some of the races anytime soon??? Is there any way you could watch it on TV?
I bet if they would bring JGTC to the US it would be a success.
It sure would beat all the other series like ALMS and the other that belong in the same class. Thanks!!!

i think the official site (www.jgtc.net) sells official videos, but that's the only way you're going to see it in north america that i know of. speedvision/speed channel came to its sense and showed the DTM and V8 Supercar series this winter, but it didn't announce or advertise this fact, so a lot of people missed it. i fear if they showed the JGTC they'd do the same thing. i dunno about it being more successful here than ALMS if it arrived, they're very similar series, except that the JGTC cars are a little less closely related to stock than the ALMS cars, but they're about as quick i think...

Man I wish it was being broadcasted down here in New Zealand! I get to watch the V8 Supercars that run in Australia every weekend during the racing series and then they come to New Zealand now for one of their official races so I can drive about 35 min to the track and watch them live

Hey, no problem Jay

Although after watching it I'm dissappointed by how little they showed of each race. But then this is just a test to see how people respond, if they think people will watch it they'll start showing the full things. I hope...

I was quite happy to see that no skylines won, or even placed within the top 3(note i didn't finish watching the third race, it's getting late and i need to make my af stop before sleep ).

Lets hope that this is the start of a whole season of coverage, and i mean full coverage.

it was the JGTC races from March, April and May, I'd actually already read the Race Reports online a long time ago, but it was just so awesome to finally see the cars in action! They more or less condensed 3-4 hours of racing into 30 minutes, three times.

I didn't finish watching the third race, but I saw NSXs dominate the first, and Supras dominate the second. when I say dominate, I mean they just barely won at the last moment. :o and they have awesome crashes, too. some tard in the taisan viper got spun around in a blind corner, and to straighten out, he went backwards into oncoming traffic and totally munched the castrol supra

go here, and look at rounds 1-3 at the left, each has info on each race... including a gallery and race report
http://www.jgtc.net/index_en.htm

(but you guys probably already read those... )
