91 s10 instrument cluster

Can anyone tell me why after my blazer sitting a few months now when I turn it on my electronic instrament cluster does not light up

Fuse?Check fuse box inside truck and under the hood fuse box.Did a mouse get hungry?

The fuse inside looks good I did not check under hood Where is it? I cannot see any signs of mice

It should be on the driver's side,right by the airbox.
