steering noise

99 grand am
when turning the steering wheel slowly in park there is a clicking or clunking noise , the noise is also noticable when driving slowly around a parking lot. both wheel bearings have been recently replaced. could this possibly be a cv joint??or maybe something in the steering column ??

any help would be greatly appreciated
