Blown fuse?!?!?!

About a week ago my jeep would not turn on, so i had it taken to a garage and they said it was a blown 15a fuse for the computer in the engine. so i came back home and about 2 days later i got into my car and it would'nt start again. so i checked the fuse and it was broken so i replaced it and now it is blowing about every hour or so and the garage checked the jeep over they said, but now they are saying to take it to a jeep dealer. what could be going wrong that this fuse keeps blowing and even while i'm driving?
