Starting problem 1989 Dodge Caravan

I am trying to bring this van back to life. It was parked a few years ago because the starter had died for the thrird time. I found another starter and installed it, the motor will turn over when I jump the solinoid; But not with the keyand no spark and the fuel pump doesn't seem to work; with the key in run position.
Inside I have dome lights and idiot lights, nothing else works.
I could use a decent wiring diafram or schematic.
