Venom 400 Control Module
I Have A 95 Accord V6 And I Just Purchased The Venom 400 Control Module It Is Said To Boost Hp About 25% Thru The 1000 To 5000 Rpm Range. Has Anyone Ever Tried This Product Before And What Are Your Results? I Have Tried One Of Those Tornado's That You Put Into Your Air Box And I Will Say That It Did Increase Hp In The 1k To 5k Rpm Range But It Would Mess With My Speed Sensor And Would Need Replacing About Every Year Or So, My Tach Would Go Crazy At Times When Coming To About A Year Of Use Of The New Speed Sensor. So There Are Pros And Cons To Using The Tornado It Also Did Increase Gas Mileage As Well, But I Feel I Pretty Much Came Out Even Because The Cost Of The Yearly Speed Sensor.

Re: Venom 400 Control Module
venom is waste of money.
tornado is waste of money too. if you want to proove me wrong, do dyno runs without it and with it and post dyno sheet up. i beat there is lost of power. speed sensor seats on main shaft of transmission and counts how many times it turned, and i just don't understand how it can go bad from some stupid thing that seats in intake tube and blocking air flow. those two thing completely unrelated.

Re: Venom 400 Control Module
I Guess Air Intake Has Nothing To Do With The Running Of Your Cars Engine Huh. Although In Two Totally Areas Right And I Take It You've Had The Venom 400 Control Module In Your Car As Well As The Tornado.

Re: Venom 400 Control Module
I know ppl who had Venom 400 and it didn't do sh1t.
As far of Tornado, I never had it and never will. But I have seen dyno sheets with and without Tornado and it showed lost of power, but it wasn't Accord. Once again; if you want to prove me wrong, take your car to dyno shop and run your car with and without Tornado. Without that kind of prove my opinion will remain same about Tornado type of product. |

Re: Venom 400 Control Module
I Am Telling You About What I Feel Not What A Machine Reads Out. We All Know Machines Tend To Be Wrong From Time To Time And Can Never Replace Human Judgement. In The 1k To 5k Range Accel Was Quicker, And Faster But Top End Power Was Loss And Living In Nyc Top End Power Is Rarely Ever Used. But The Increase Of Gas Milage Is A Definate.
