amp question

how do u make it so oyur amps turn off when the car isnt running or on or whatever so it doesnt waste the battery

your deck will have a extra blue wire which is a remote wire which will turn your amp off. if you have an older deck you will need to connect your amp remote to the yellow power wrie is which is your deck accssory power.

well will that wire be connected to anything or will it be a loose one cause i pulled out al lthe loose wire t osee what i had i got 2 outputs, alarm sensor, doorlock

will it say remote on it. plsu the reason im askin this is becuase the deck came with the car and i jsut found otu fully about it and since i dont have a manual i dont knw oexactly

oh man, i'm really getting tired of those pioneer headsets, they've had the same design for how long now? I'm not trying to say your headset is crap because pioneers are quality products but it's just the damn design! I know one guy that has bought nothing but pioneer headsets for the past 6 years and they've all looked the same. it's just damn annoying.

Let me get into this convo for a few. Let me ask what kind of car is this and what is the model number on the Pioneer radio???? What you mean about starter cut off and door locks???? That doesn't have anything to do with the radio. If it is that hard for you to find then just run the amp turn on wire to a switch ignition in the fuse panel.

well i took my cd deck out and look at all the wires and found one wiht a tag that sad acc would that be the accessory wire u speak of

put a switch in the middle of ur remote turn on lead and u can turn it on and off when ever u want
