Another water leak!!

I have a 1987 XJ 4.0L and I found the leak in the rear cargo area and now I have a new one! The other day it rained pretty hard and the drivers side carpet was completely soaked!! Has anyone every had a leak in this area? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

On a previous car I had the same problem. turn out the floor board was rusty, the water was being kicked into the car through the holes in the floor board.
