heater problem, help me tonight?

My interior heat knob is stuck on hot. No problem, just dont turn the fan on? Well I need to travel in my honda tonight and tomorrow and temps here are touching 100. Is there a way to temporarily disconnect my heater and still be able to blow air through the vents?

Give me a hand?

My car is a 1990 Honda Accord EX 4dr

thanks

the knob is probably broken inside - the if you take off your knob and use something else to turn it, you should be back to cool until you can stop by the dealer and pick up another knob. (or you can try and ghetto fix it with super glue and tape)
