engine or tranny swap

my friend has a 99 galant 4 cylinder and he was wondering if thers any perfect engine swap for it that wont be too hard to do, and or a tranny swap since his is automatic, like from another mitsubishi car? if you guys could let me know thanks

1999 Galant is possible to swap the following engines without difficulties, just sit the engine into the engine bay, hook up the ECU then everything is working again. The only difficulties maybe finding the ECU for each engine.

6A12 V6 SOHC 24V 2.0L: 140hp
6A12 V6 DOHC 24V 2.0L MIVEC: 200hp
6A13 V6 SOHC 24V 2.5L: 160hp
4G93 L4 DOHC 16V 1.8L GDI: 140hp
4G94 L4 DOHC 16V 2.0L GDI: 145hp
4G64 L4 DOHC 16V 2.4L GDI: 150hp

All above engines fit exactly to Mitsubishi INVECS-II 4 speed auto code F4A42 transmission, this is standard item for Japan and Euro spec Galant, but not for US spec Galant.
