i have been playing with this idea for a while cant really decid going to build anther nucular machine 800whp+ z but im going to build it pretty much every thing is going to have to go loyal to the vg30tt of course though but i was thinking wether to go with the 2by2 or just go coupe diffrent suspension reasons like that either way whats your guys opinion on that me----> but one thing is for shure the vg30tt has to be the 93 injection best year yet

Re: what would you preffer 2by2 converstion tt or coupe tt built ground up over 800whp

Building a Nuclear 800whp (about 880bhp) ZedX is not practical... Easy... Or CHEAP.

Your looking at about 50+grand in parts and labor.

By the way... It's VG30DETT

V - Signifies "V" Alignment
G - Factory Code
30 - 2998cc
D - DOHC (Dual Over Head Cam)
E - ECCS (Electronic Concentration Control System)
TT - Twin Turbo-Chargers

But let me ask you... What do you need 800+whp for anyway?

I know your not planning on using it for racing, because you are thinking of utilizing a 2+2 body.

So whats the deal here bro? Where you getting all this money from?

I would love to help you with this project if your serious... Just let me know.

uh Sam, haven't you realized yet? In the past few months, there's so many people here dropping by with their "infinite" fundage, claiming to go all out on the Z32? How many of them do really stick around?

Dont get me wrong... The lines are BEAUTIFUL on Two-Plus-Two's... Just heavy for a 800+whp Nuclear beast.

And Yes... We do have quite a few impracticals in here, huh?

well it does have wider wheelbase. I heard that, so don't quote on me on it. And it's only 120 pounds heavier. In terms of racing, it does make a difference, but for a daily driver, not at all.

Why would you need an 800+whp daily driver anyways?

I seriously doubt this guy is serious anyways...

If you can't do atleast some of the work yourself, maybe on the extreme edge of huge labor bills you'll get to 50 grand. Parts cost you 15-20k, you could probably do the whole thing for 25k. I believe thats about what "Wagz" spent on his 745rwhp Z.

And as for this guy, yeah, unless he wants to scan and post some bank statements, I'm not buying it.

Yea I messed up on the cc part... Thanks for correcting me.

As for WagZ car... He spent 25g on parts... Take into consideration the cost of his car.

Either way you cut it... 800whp is not going to be easy to obtain. Lots of wrench time, and LOTS of money.

WagZ Zed is some kind of pretty though... Have you seen the lip on his rear wheels... Damn.

when i get my 300zx tt in about 6 months i will try to get 500rwhp. I think that will be perfect for street use. I think 800whp is a little too much....overkill for the road anyways.

this same guy also posted another thread about hid 87 non-turbo z that he said he knows how to do everything on. so im guessing this is the 800 rwhp z that he already owns and did up. but he rambled on in that thread on he doesnt want to take apart the dash but he built it to a 800 rwhp beast. just had to point that out. ?????????????????????????????
