99 Gsr

I was looking to do a cam swap for my 99 gsr. Does anybody know whether or not I can swap in the b16b cams from the civic type r without having to change my valvetrain. Someone mentioned earlier that I could use my gsr valvetrain only if I were to use just the Intake Cam from the civic type r. Does this sound correct or would I have to buy the civic type r valvetrain along with the intake cam? Does anyone know about how much hp I would receive from this swap? I was thinking maybe 5-10 hp at the most.

If you can put type r cams into a GSR, and the B16a is like the B18C5, and the B16B is like the B16A, then... I guess you can. But do you just have some B16B cams lying around, cause I'd imagine they might be somewhat pricey and in that case you could pick up some Toda's or Skunk2s brand new. With tuning and adjustable cams you should gain somewhere in that range.
