How do I get the Ignition Lock Cylinder out?

How do I get the Ignition Lock Cylinder out?

I'm used to the rigs where you just unbolt the steering column and there it is. I looked at my new replacement, but that old one just won't come out. Is there a secret release that I'm just not seeing? '87 Cutlass Ciera btw.
