will i run into probs w/ shock/spring install?
alright i'm planning on doing a shock/spring swap in my car in the next month or so, and i want to do it myself w/ my father. neither of us have done this before, but in reviewing directions i feel pretty confident. i feel confident if everything goes as planned which i feel it may not. i have been driving around w/ blown shocks in at least the front left side of the car, and possibly front right. occasionally i'll bottom out, and i'm worried that i may be causing damage when i do that since there's really nothing absorbing the impact. what damage coudl i be causing? i just don't want to take everything apart and realize something is bent or the old strut is mashed in place or something like that that i won't be able to handle, or will need parts for that i can't just go get at auto zone.

Re: will i run into probs w/ shock/spring install?
there shouldnt be much damage teh shocks and springs still absorbe but ull really see if theres any damage at all when u do the swap. if i can remember right the h&r drop the car about 2.25 inch if i remember right so u will more than likely need a camber kit for the front but for the rear u can just do teh washer trick(do a search plenty of treads about it).
