throttle body

hey guys i was thinking about getting an str 70mm throttle body. i was just wondering if it will bolt right on like the oem throttle body?

I'm pretty sure it'll bolt right on, although i've heard you won't gain much unless you have an aftermarket intake manifold to pair it with.
