mod'in xi
Hey, just wonderin but is it worth getting an XI (live in snowy toronto) if i'm going to lower it a bit by gettin the M-technik bumper and all? Since the XI is raised a lil bit.. I heard that by lowerng it, it takes away the benefits of the XI.. thanks!!

i dont think lowering it would hamper its performance in the snow, except for not having as much clearance. the main benifiet is the all wheel drive, and even when lowered will still make a huge diffence in the snow when compared to the rear wheel drive.

Do you mean the sport package? It doesn't lower the car at all in the xi. I have it. The bumper's different bump I dont' think the clearance is changed at all. Even if it did lower it, it wouldn't matter. After all, the S4 is pretty low, and it has quattro too. If you're really worried about clearance, you may want to get a different car. If you just want a sports sedan that also has AWD, you're fine.
