Sqeeching sound when cranking

I'm new to this forum, but i know a good bit about my car. It's a 93 J30t with 126k miles

when i start it up, it squeels like a cat is stuck in the fan. It only lasts a minute or two, but i think it's the pulley, but i'm not sure which one or if that's even it. Any ideas?

What it can be is the belt may be you have to change it because it can be worn out. but it can also be the water pump. it locate in thte middle of the timining belt.
