This Causing My Rich Running???

Was practicing launching my car today and all of a sudden it started running rich smoking alot and when i am down shifting comming to a stop it will smoke bad. I didnt have time to look at it right away because i went to the expos game but when i just got home i popped the hood keeping it running and i noticed the hose that comes off the BOV to the intake is colapsed, I mean really colapsed lol, the complete line is. To late to mess with tonight so i figured i would get some input on it.
Junk ass silicone hose.
