Nissan Aftermarket

I've searched and cannot find anything.

Is there any way of getting photoetched Nissan hamburger (the nissan emblem) emblems, photoetch NISMO emblems, or any photoetch silvia emblems? By the way, I'm not willing to buy a whole photoetch sheet for skyline or 350Z and part it for one or two hamburger emblems.

Are there even any aftermarket NISMO decals out there?

I have the SAS 400R transkit, how can I source the -----400R stripe for the sides? (while I'm at it, how about the rims?)

are there any kits out there of the NISMO 270R?

I don't think there is any aftermarket PE or decal just for the Nissan emblem or nismo.

I think Chris (FOTW) is going to release the 400R decal. Ask him for detail. For the rims, you can use the Aoshima nismo LM-GT1 wheels. It is OOP but you can still get it from the Aoshima HKS R32 GT-R kit.

No kit for the 270R. You must start it from a S14 kit and make the body. I want to make 1 too, but the stripes is very difficult to paint (for me).

thanks for the reply! Exactly the 270R stripes are way out of my league.
As is the 400R stripe.

Re: Nissan Aftermarket

There should be a photo etch aftermarket for Nissan and the other Japanese brands. It would be great if we could get Tamiya to loosen up and sell those metal transfers alone as detail sets.... But I still don't get why no one makes simple photo etch emblems and decals or whatnot.

I have that decal sheet if you need it. LauBak makes a decal sheet with Nismo scripts.
