coilovers rubbing.......

im new here......... and i have a problem with my coilovers. there skunkworks coilovers and my problem is that there too bouncy. also, after i drive to skool...its about 25 miles away.....i be hearing a squeeking noise.......after skool i drive home and i check out whats happening......i notice that the spring is rubbing against the coil. how do i stop this from happening. i put the o-rings on right and everything.

by the way....what are the spring rate for the front and rear skunkworks coilovers?..... i have a 95 accord ex

Umm, the spring is a coil, so what's rubbing against what exactly? And the Skunk2's are going to be bouncy, they are stiff as hell. What shocks are you running? How much are you willing to spend to setup the suspension right?


Ps- What the hell school teaches you to spell it skool?? California's education is really going to shit!

the spring is rubbing against the coils. i noticed at the top of the coil, the threads are almost gone. i have skunk2 coilovers with stock shocks....gonna get some koni yellows soon....after my shocks, im willing to spend about 400 to fix whatever is wrong. should i just get a different setup or what?

my bad.... i mean the spring is rubbing against the threaded sleeve......got mixed up.....sorry
