Removing console armrest - 92 Ranger

I have a 1992 Ranger and need to do some work on the interior -- specifically the center console at the moment. I am interested in obtaining a manual that details the assembly/disassembly of the interior of the truck. Does anyone know of a company that makes manuals that provide detailed instructions on the interior assemblies?

Short of that, could someone provide information on how to remove the armrest from the console. I see no apparent fasteners on the armrest that would facilitate its removal. The only thing that I see are two shafts that mount into the armrest support. Are these shafts spring loaded and can be removed some way?

Any help would be appreciated.
