Just ordered the chrome sill plates - they are $18.96 each for a total of $75.84. Can't wait to put them on!:bandit:

I'm sure the chrome is going to look good ..at first ..I'm not sure ... but if its made of chrome ..won't it get scratched easily ? Because then I'd rather have the dull plastic sills.

Not meaning to put it down ...just my 2cents

I would get them in an aluminum (brushed or polished) myself. My 2 cents.

they're not actually chrome.. they are high polished aluminum or something...

i'm sure you can scratch them.. but most people dont step there too often so i doubt it would happen... but at that price its not too expensive to replace one even if you damage it yearly

they look nice and i'm thinking of getting them too!! ..although i'd rather have the euro-spec ones that read Primera across them...

Mythos... where'd you get them? what part of NJ are you from... I live up north near NYC.. I got my G at Ray Catena

Don't feel bad . . . I get that treatment from Infiniti dealers in my area too . . .

I swear that they are just buying time to figure out a way to charge way too much for whatever I ask for . . .

Thumbs up

scratches, smatches . . .

Anything will wear after time . . . they still look 1000% better than the plastic sills . . .

if you can't get them from your local dealership, try www.roswellinfiniti.com - they have a huge inventory, and you might be able to order the parts from them.
thier number is: 1-800-667-4604

Read carefully ..initially they will look better ..but can you bear to look at them when they have scratches on them ....plastic doesn't look as good ..but they'll look the same scratch after scratch. I don't know how much my heart can take ...looking at the scratches on a beautiful chrome sill.

I guess if its cheap enough ...it can be replaced regularly or mocassins only to ride in this car baby....

lol.. i dont see why this is becoming an issue... think about it... you open your door, you step into your car, plant your butt and shut the door... who the heck steps on their door sills???? its not like this is a wear and tear item.

if you happen to maybe drop something on them.. i can understand, but hey, you're the only one to blame.

hmm... i wonder if you put plastic covers on your leather seats to protect them, like some people do for their leather couches in their homes?? :hehe:
