1994 Corolla A/C

Does the 1994 Corolla have the old refrigerant (R12) or the new refrigerant (134A)? If it is the old, approximately how much would it cost to upgrade?

My '94 has factory R134a--so I would imagine that yours does too. You can be sure by looking at the sticker under the hood. The refrigerants also use different fittings for each type.
