ecu code p1457

i have a 98 ex accord. bought it about 1 1/2 month ago. check engine light came on and went to autozone and code p1457 comes up. has something to do with evap leak.. could that mean that gas cap wasnt tight enough. dealer wants me to bring it in for more tests. somebody help!

It very likely to be loose gas cap.
retighten (three clicks) gas cap and reset ECU by pulling for 30sec fuse #13 (7.5A Clock, Back-up) in fuse box on passenger side.

if it come back in few weeks you'll need to take your car to shop to run thorough diagnostics. but i'm 99% sure its just loose gas cap.
