Help post picture

I'm not real skilled with computers, so can some one help me post pictures. I would like the picture to show up on my sig evertime I post or reply. Keep in mind I don't know all the big computer terms, so keep it simple when you explain. I have the picture on a 3 1/2 flopy. how do I move it to my sig?........fISH

You will need to upload that picture to the internet somewhere on a server. And then you get the link(url, address) of the file and put it in your Signature which is in your User CP.

In your signature, it should look something like this:

"[img]http://myserver.com/pictures/mycar.jpg[/i mg]"

1st u need to upload the picture to a website. u can do this on this website. just click on the "gallery" link on the top of this page. then when u do this, click on the link titled "upload photo's". doing this will open a new window. in this new window click on the button labled "browse". a new screen will appear. in this screen, click on the "look in" button and scroll down until u see "floppy A:/" click on it and click on the picture of ur car. u have now uploaded the picture.
now with the picture uploaded, right click on it with the mouse and go to properties. in the properties menus, highlight the internet address(it will be in a format like "http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=.........jpg". after u highlighted this address right click on it and click on "copy".

2nd if u look at the top right side of this page (the page u r reading right now not in the gallery page) u will see the words "Private Messages". click on it. in this new window, click on the link titled "Signature". in the signature page u need to type this in in order to post the pictures
"[img](in this space right click on the mouse and click on paste)[/img]"

so it will look something like this
"[img]http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=...........jpg[img]"
