1999 Expedition Keyless Keypad Code

Does anyone know where to find the keypad code on a 1999 Expedition?

The manual states that is can be found on the computer module, does anyone know where the computer module is located?

Any help will be appreciated

If it's on the computer module, you need to look under the dash on the driver's side. You'll se what looks like a mulit-pron plug in there. It should be black.

This will either be right under the steering wheel, or it will be off to one side. If you still can't find it, roll it over to your Ford dealer and ask them if they can find it based on the VIN number or if they'll hook it up to the computer and tell you for no charge.

Hope that helps!
