Electrical Question-1995 Eclipse Dash Lights

I installed a neon kit on a buddies car. Went to the - side of the battery for the ground, and pulled power for the switch behind the dash from an unused wire that was hot all of the time.
Started the car up, and now I get 3 lights on the dash..

Battery
Brake
Orange Radiator(?)

The closest I got to the brakes, was a cable tie to the Emergency cable on the left rear.

Can I ask if you can tell me what triggers these lights on these cars?

I will check the M/C fluid...will dot 3 be ok?

BTW..Unplugging the power source did not eliminate the battery light.

I really want to send this car down the road, but I cant with these lights!

THANK YOU in advance~

Bob

Look in your fusebox and make sure none of them are blown.
