tranny fluid question

hey guys i was reading a post not too long ago (maybe a couple of months) and i saw somethng about gm or honda having this stuff that helps the tranny's syncros get back into sync or something, but i dont remember what it was called? if anyone knows what im talking about or something similar to it let me know...thanks

oh yeah...and this may be kind of funny, but is it true that motor oil in the tranny can actually work better than transmission fluid?

all i hear is that motor oil aint good for transmissions. Says u can use it in the owners manual if u have nothign else.. but its not recommended...
Use Gm syncromesh or honda mtf.
