Re: Waterpump
I had a minor coolant leakage some time back...took it to the dealership and they couldn't find any leakage except a trail coming somewhere from the waterpump...
They said, the best they could suggest is replace the water pump. At 155000 miles on a 95 model, that is kind of understandable. Thing is $590 to get it replaced at the dealership...is diy possible? How hard is it to replace the waterpump in a maxima? |

Re: Waterpump
I would assume it make take a while because of the location of the water pump. It runs off the timming chain lacated on the left side of the car, looking from the front. Its above your alternator. The water pump is small and you need the right tools.
