Question 2001 4x4 1500 just quit please help

i have a 2001 4x4 reg cab with a 318,automatic trans, 85000 miles, i was driving and it just quit on me. the fuel and acs relays are making a loud ticking noise. the guy at the dodge dealership said thats caused by low voltage. i tested the voltage going into the coil and its about 4.5 volts, its not getting any spark. plus with the fuel relay ticking it makes the fuel pump pulse. the battery is good and the alternator is good. im in the Marines and have to drive this thing 1600 miles in a week or so, if anyone has any ideas about this im all ears. thanks for your time...kincaid...US MARINES...Semper Fi

How do you know the battery and alternator are good? What's the battery voltage WHILE CRANKING? What is it with the ignition off?

Don't know if the same but maybe the control module is bad. I had a Ford B-4 this Dodge and that's what happened to me.
