how much to sell gsr for

I'm thinkin of selling my 94 gsr with 134k milesand i was wondering how much i should look to get if i do decide to sell it. Like i said its a 94 gsr lowered with a H&R suspension, cold intake, dc 4-2-1 header, new belts and tires, 17" rims and clutch changed about 500 miles ago..it has a inline pro front end but it has a lot of scratches on it ....other than that its in fine shape ...engine and tranny r fine..

is it a clean title? i'd say about 5500-6 grands to someone seek value in what you already have on it.
